Two year 6 students have been awarded a merit scholarship by The Song Room. The musical potential of LJ and Fabian stood out to Jesica, the Teaching Artist whom we have been lucky to have at Bidwill this year, and she believed The Song Room's music scholarships would give them both the opportunity to develop their skills further.
Both LJ and Fabian will be receiving a guitar each as part of the scholarship, and guitar and singing lessons at school. The school community would like to congratulate both boys and we look forward to hearing the fruits of your work later on in the year!
We would also like to extend our thanks to The Song Room for recognising and nurturing talent in our students. We have enjoyed partnering with you as we take our students on journeys of musical discovery and we hope that this continues for many more years.
